Dottie was a vibrant, beautiful soul with an incredibly generous and loving heart. A hardworking woman of many talents, she was endlessly sharing her love of life and creative gifts with those she loved - from creating gorgeous works of crochet, embroidery, stained glass, ceramics and painting, to the joy she got while spending time with family and friends, bowling, gardening, playing slots, sharing a good game of cards or enjoying a Maryland crab cake.

Dottie's love and pride for her family shined not only through her words, but in her actions by showing up for gatherings, concerts, dance recitals, competitions and celebrations with a loving smile and warm hug. A beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law, aunt, sister-in-law, cousin, and friend. Our sunshine. She is so loved and will be so dearly missed.
