Dorothy Bair, 82, formerly of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Forest Glen Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Springfield, Ohio, surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Bair; her parents, John and Mary (Porac) Stupar; and her sister, Anne Waterall.
Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Deanna (Jim) Park and Donna Bair; her granddaughter, Laura (Robert) Kluken and five great-grandsons. She is also survived by her four sisters, Cathy Capp, Joan Sipple, Tina (Len) Farrell, and Barb (Chuck) Pickford as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was born on October 27, 1942, in Homestead Hospital. She traveled the world with her husband's military career. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California University of Pennsylvania in 1987.
Dorothy was devoted to her family and loved her daughters deeply. She also loved her dogs and granddogs.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the special caregivers, Stephanie, Lindsei, Missy, Carter, and Ashley, as well as the staff at Forest Glen Memorial Hospital and Affinity Hospice for their care.
Friends and family received Savolskis-Wasik-Glenn Funeral Home Inc. on Friday, October 24, from 10 AM until Noon when a Blessing Service will be held at the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Miami Valley Ohio Alzheimer's Association or the Springfield/Urbana (OH) Walk2End ALZ Making Strides team in memory of Dorothy.
