Dorothy Cuffee Obituary
Dorothy was educated in the Chesapeake Public Schools. She later dedicated her hard work and warm spirit to the dietary department at Southwestern Elementary School and to the Swing Inn Night Club.
She enjoyed traveling to football games, cooking for her family, and watching her great-grandchildren dance-moments that brought her great joy and pride.
On November 7, 1966, Dorothy married the love of her life, the late Jabries N. Cuffee. Together, they built a beautiful family. She was predeceased by her daughter, Syleena.
Dorothy leaves to cherish her memory, blessed with one son, Robert Cuffee, and two beautiful daughters, Odessa Cuffee and Katenia Gonzales; six grandchildren, Maurice Cuffee, Dominic, Shatiara, Rico, Kemno, and Bingie Gonzales; and twenty-eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her five sisters, Geraldine Copeland, Darlene (Tyrone), Barbara (Joseph), Ernestine, and Anessa (Tommie); and six brothers, James Bullock (deceased, Diane), David Bullock (Denise), Wilbur Bullock (deceased, Vera), Terry Bullock (Christiana), Romeo Bullock, and Alford Bullock (Heather).
Her life was one filled with love, family, and strength, and she will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
