Mrs. Dorothy Irene Dingus

Dingus, Dorothy (Salyer), 93, wife of Lamar, joined the Angels on Mother's Day. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Clancy; son-in-law, Dave Clancy; daughter, Sandra A. Marshall; and her daughter-in-law, Angela Dingus. She was preceded in death by a son, Benny Dingus. She has 5 grandchildren; Jim Dingus, Steve Dingus, Cassandra Riggin, David Clancy, Jacqueline Anderson, and five surviving great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 16th at the Nelsen Funeral Home, Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, VA where funeral services will also be held at 7 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013 at Greenwood cemetery, Coeburn, VA.
