Dorothy Foxhall Obituary

Circleville Dorothy Louise Meyers Foxhall, age 101, of Circleville, Ohio passed away on June 13, 2025. She was born on June 6, 1924 in Circleville to the late Raymond and Audrey (Young) Spangler.

Dorothy was gifted in playing the piano which she learned to play by ear. She also found joy in gardening, baking and playing euchre.

Along with her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by husband(s) James Meyers and Alden Foxhall; brothers Paul, Harold and Carl; sisters Mildred, Mary, and infant sister Faye; nieces Patricia Thompson and Karen Bush.

Dorothy is survived by her brother Ralph Spangler; sister-in-law Jenny Spangler; niece Melissa (Chad) Cline; along with many other nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.

Friends may call Friday, June 20, 2025 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH from 12:00 - 1:00 pm with a funeral service to be held at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Chad Cline officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery Stoutsville, OH.
