Dorothy Jean Rose Bensman, "Jeannie" age 67 of the Polish Village passed away October 11, 2024, at Ebeid Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Dorothy was born April 14, 1957, in Toledo to Charles and Donna (Samons) Rose. A 1975 Woodward High School graduate, Jeannie was a waitress for several years at the Spaghetti Warehouse in Toledo. She was a happy, fun-loving person who cared greatly about others. Jeannie was happiest when she was spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving are her daughter Donna Spohn, sister, Edna Curavo, brothers, Charles Rose, Johnny Rose and Robert Rose and her special friend Larry Gorniak.
Jeannie's Life Celebration will be held Friday October 18, 2024, from 11 a.m. until the funeral service begins at 1 p.m. in Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 2907 Lagrange St. Toledo, Ohio. Interment will follow in Forest Cemetery.
