Dorothy D Lash

Dorothy D. Lash "Aunt Dot" of Philadelphia and Hainesport, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Care One in Moorestown. Born in South River, NJ, the daughter of the late Andrew and Viola Lash, Dorothy was a graduate of South River High School. She retired from NJ Bell Telephone in New Brunswick. She and her late sister, Rita, moved to Philadelphia many years ago. Aunt Dot loved going to Flea Markets, enjoyed watching Hallmark movies and also loved to go out to try different restaurants with Rita. The sister of the late Andrew Lash, Henry "Hank" Lash, Jane Kleszics, and Rita Lash, Aunt Dot is survived by her nephews and nieces: Tracey Dilks of Eastampton, Tammy Gerhart (Scott) of Lumberton, Tim Lash of Hainesport and Tricia Ferrell (Don) of Lumberton, Chris Kleszics (Diane) of Hainesport, Ken Kleszics (Tammi) of Lumberton. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Thursday at 10:30am at the Sacred Heart Church, 260 High St., Mount Holly. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery in East Brunswick will be held privately.
