Dorothy Colleen Lichliter

We ultimately accumulate little in life of real and meaningful value except for friends and family. For Dorothy Lichliter, a lifetime of 94 years allowed her to accumulate both in large numbers. Many years of active life in Hot Springs Village and a large and ever growing family were instrumental in their acquisition for which she was most proud.
It is with both sorrow and great celebration that her long life is now being honored. Friends far too many to count, 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 21 and counting great-grandchildren are indeed a testament to a memorable life well lived.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Gene Lichliter and son Garry Lichliter.
She is survived by children Wayne, Warren, and Karen. The army of grand and great-grandchildren are spread through our great country, representing for our future, the values which she held so dear.
It is requested by family that any thoughts of remembrance should be directed to the place where she derived much of her entertainment, the Hot Springs Village Library. Highly appreciative would the family be.
