I have known Dottie for most of my life she and her beloved husband Frank were friend with my parents.
Dottie was vivacious, warm and loved to eat her Pasta! She and my mom had many late nights eating pasta and having laughs together at my mom Mildred's house.
Dottie loved to "work out", and kept a beautiful figure always. She loved her children and grand children, she loss of her loving son Charles which was so sad for her.
Dottie is now reunited with the Love of her life Frank and her son Charles, rest in peace.

Here's special moment with Dorothy. While at a Police convention in Tennessee, Dorothy, Frank, Sheryl and I had dinner reservations at the Grand Old Opry restaurant, 5 star of course. Our reservations were for a "late dinner".
We place our food orders and were looking for a nice meal. A few minutes later the waiter came out and advised us we couldn't have dinner and had to leave, the kitchen was on fire!!!! Remember it's late, no food and we are all dressed to the hilt. Off we go looking for a place to have dinner. All the other restaurants had closed, Why? It was late, very late. After driving around Nashville, we spot the only place open, it was a Waffle House!!! There we were in the waffle house, dressed up, really dress up. We believed that we had to be the BEST DRESSED costumers "ever" to have dinner in a Waffle House. Buy the way, it was about 1:30 plus in the morning. Even with the dinner issue, we had a great time together.
