Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Martinak; daughters, Kristin (Robert) Martinak Cooke and Heather (Scott) Martinak McConnaughay; siblings, William T. Lynch, Jeffrey Lynch, and Karen Lynch Mondrall; grandchildren, Alex McConnaughay Hogan, Austin McConnaughay, Madelyn McConnaughay, Jensen Muntz, and Jordan Muntz; and great-grandchildren, Tanner Hogan and Reese Hogan.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11N254 Russell Road, Elgin, IL 60124. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Dorothy's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
