Mount Carmel- Dorothy A. Ozment, 53, of 248 South Beech Street, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
Born in Ashland on February 17, 1968, she was the daughter of the late James and Hanna Dorothy (Grinaway) Peronace. Dorothy graduated from Mount Carmel Area High School in 1986. On October 13, 2000 in Sunbury, she married Scottie Ozment, who survives.
Dorothy spent her life as a homemaker and would spend her time as a Girl Scout Leader and was also a member of the Parent/Teacher Association.
In addition to her husband Scottie, Dorothy is survived by her three sons, Josiah Morton of Mount Carmel, Shane Wondoloski and his companion Angela of Mount Carmel, and Cailein Ozment of Mount Carmel; a daughter, Hanna Ozment; six grandchildren along with one on the way; a sister-in-law, Amy Ozment; a sister, Elizabeth Wright-Jurgill and her husband Frank of Aristes; an aunt, Jackie Rooney of Mount Carmel; a great-aunt, Esther Stobierski of Mount Carmel; as well as many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her daughter, Jessica Peronace.

Dorothy A. Ozment, 53, of 248 South Beech Street, Mount Carmel- Funeral services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being cared for by Farrow-C.J.
