Lambert Funeral Home & CrematoryDorothy Mary Penaskovic (Pendlebury), 92, of Bedford, NH passed away on October 20th, 2025.
Dorothy was born on May 15, 1933, in Boston, MA to parents Burt and Dorothy (Petersen) Pendlebury.
She worked for Costello Lomasney & De Napoli engineering firm for many years, before retiring in 2003.
Dorothy was a passionate fan of the Boston Red Sox. She enjoyed music, theater, and swimming at the YMCA. She also did volunteer work at the Palace Theater, The Granite State Ambassadors and The Salvation Army. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her 8 children, Kenneth, Andrew, John, Paul, Ann Marie, Theresa, Michelle, and Julie-Ann; 19 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and her brother Donald Pendlebury of Norwood, MA.
She is predeceased by her husband Andrew John Penaskovic, her parents Burt & Dorothy Pandlebury, and her sisters Louise O’Connell, Gail Remeika and Elaine Crowley.
SERVICES: A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 3rd 10:00am, at St. Elizabeth Seton, 190 Meetinghouse Rd, Bedford, NH 03110 for anyone to attend. Burial is private.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the nursing staff at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home for their unwavering care and support of their mother in her final year of life.
