As this is a celebration of life, it is also with great sadness, and a heavy heart that we notify our family that Dorothy Annette (Nette or Nettie) Ruiz, 64, passed away peacefully at home on August 3, 2024, in Georgetown, Texas. She was born October 27th, 1959 in Grand Prairie, TX to Roy Mae Townley. She is now with her mom and little brother, watching over us all from the heavens. Annette is survived by her husband Ronnie Ruiz, son Joshua Townley and daughters Teri Rapier and Leslie Herron. She loved God, her family and fishing. She touched every person who knew her and every person in whom knew of her. She will be deeply missed but her life will be celebrated to the fullest.
A time of visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15th, 2024 in the Chapel of Ramsey Funeral Home, 5600 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX 78633.

Following the service, Mrs. Ruiz will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Georgetown, Texas. 330 Berry Lane, Georgetown, TX 78626.
