Dorothy Lue Shields

I've known Dorothy for 20yrs from working at Myres she was one of the kindest person I've known she always had a smile on her face and would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. she will truly be be miss my sympathy goes out to the family.I can't even think of anything but good things to say about Dorothy..

Dorothy was a very sweet Christian women. She always had a smile and kind word.
when my husband Floyd passed, she was the first one at my house, with a kind word. She will always be in my heart.

I knew Dorothy from myers. Sometimes when my dryer stopped, she would fold my laundry when i was late taking it out. She was so personable and kind. I knew she had to be a Christian. I'm glad to know she will be in heaven, in the Arms of our savior! Take your rest Dorothy, Ill see you When I get there.

We are made in God's image, spirit, we don't die we change and now Dorothy is living in ,her true self ,spirit.
I feel so blessed that God brought Dorothy and I together to share this journey here and now and when we crossover we will all see her again as our spirits meet on a different journey, time and place .
Dorothy was a bright light in a dark world and always had a smile, kind words, and was always ready to be of service to others, a true Christian woman, and a strong faith that we shared in Christ was/is a blessing here on earth to all and now a blessing from up above. Dorothy is a shining star and I will miss our talks and regret that I never made it to her church when she ask me to go, but know that you will be missed and what you taught me I carry in my spirit and share with others. Thank you for being you.
