Ed, I am so very sorry that you had to let Dot go to be with The Lord so very much earlier than ever you would have anticipated. I know the pain of being without someone that you love more than life itself; it is devastating. I also have a hole in my heart. May Our Lord Jesus Christ embrace you, Gwen, Glen, Evan, Mark, Martin, and Ross and, their extended families, but most importantly you Ed. Hopefully your pain will be bearable. God love you, Jim and Holly.

During the Christmas holidays, Dottie would stop by my office in Brooklyn, and generously drop off gifts for children in the community.
