Mrs. Dottie Smith, age 84, of Winder, Georgia passed away October 14, 2017 at her residence. Mrs. Smith, a native of Barrow County, was the daughter of the late Lee and Irene Austin Payne. She was a member of Winder Wesleyan Church and was a homemaker. Surviving is her husband of sixty-five years, Enoch Smith of Winder, Children, Jonathan Smith and Michael Smith both of Winder, Lisa (Eugene) Moon of Bethlehem, Grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Jessica Haney, Michael O. Smith and Tiffany Harmon, Great Grandchildren, Tyler Jordan, Noah Jordan, Justin Haney, Colton Smith, James Haney, Jordan Teal and Micha Harmon. The Family will receive visitors Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 2-5 P. M. at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 16, 2017 at 2:00 P. M. from the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Moore officiating. Interment will be in the Jefferson Smith Cemetery.
