Doug Holmberg

Doug Holmberg of Willcox passed away at home Sunday, May 11, 2025, at the age of 70. He was born in Niagara Falls, New York on February 26, 1955, to George Harold Holmberg and Ellen Lynn Northrup. Doug owned Jam's Bakery and was especially known for his cakes; he was a long-time staff member of Willcox Ace Hardware in customer service. He enjoyed building things out of wood and wood burning; Doug was an avid fan of the Mask Singer and enjoyed playing solitaire. He was known to be a jokester. Doug is survived by his daughters Amber and Misty Holmberg, his grandchildren Elizabeth, Shelby, Jade, Maverick, Mylee, Peytan and Robyn and his great grandchildren Paislynn, Dalton and Kydan. His brother Stephen Holmberg also survives him. Preceding him in death was his wife of 25 years Robyn, his daughter Julie Davis and his son Douglas Lloyd Holmberg and his parents. A family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
