Doug Jackson, 48, a native of Ridgway, IL and resident of Galliano, passed away on January 1, 2025.
Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home, in Galliano, on Saturday, January 11th from 9 am until service time. A memorial service will be celebrated in his honor at 11 am.
Doug is survived by his wife of 23 years, Chantel Jackson; daughters, Paityn and Jaidyn Jackson; father, Jack Jackson; mother, Robin Belford; siblings, Dallas Belford (Miranda), Taylor Jackson (Karli), Bailey Jackson, Chloe Jackson; Godchild, Scarlett Belford; father-in-law, Tommy France; mother-in-law, Kathy Dufrene as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Luz Brunet France.
Doug proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed life to the fullest and spending time with his entire family. He was a proud father of his two girls; loved fishing with Paityn, being funny and goofing off with Jaidyn.
