Douglas Brian Hamill, 69, of North Muskegon, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025.
Doug was born October 13, 1955, the son of Robert and Margaret Hamill. Doug was blessed with four children in his life. He lived a simple life. He enjoyed video games, being with his grandchildren, music, car rides, and traveling to Florida. He was a funny jokester, with a loving, gentle spirit that will be deeply missed.
SURVIVORS
Children, Melissa (Shawn) Lohman, Kimberly (Derek) Fogus, Christina Pollack, and Derek Hamill; grandchildren, Brooklyn, Rylee, Charlie, Cameron, Tyler, Derek Jr., and Brendin; brother, Jeffery (Nicole Marie) Hamill; sister, Marilyn Hamill; niece, Sarah Hamill; nephew, Ryan Hamill; and sister-in-law, Holly Hamill.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Robert and Ronald.
SERVICES
A graveside service will take place in Shelby at Mt. Hope Cemetery at a time to be determined
