Dr. Charles J. Roman, Sr., 79, passed away on February 17, 2025. Son of the late Michael and Anna Roman. Beloved husband of Marylou C. Roman (nee Johanson). Loving father of Dolores Roman (David Miller), Charles J. Roman, Jr. (Amanda) and Alexander Roman (Mary Alice Duff). Dear grandfather of Sophia, Luke, Ella, Christian, Charles J. 3rd., Caroline, Julia, Fischer and Alice. Brother of John Roman (Diane) and the late Anastasia and Mary. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral on Monday, February 24, 2025 beginning at 9 AM at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, 1723 Race St., Philadelphia, Pa. 19103. Funeral Mass will begin at 11 AM. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dr. Charles J. Roman, Sr. to the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, 1 Our Lady Circle, Malvern, PA 19355, attention Sr. Jean Norton, IHM would be appreciated by his family.
