He is survived by his wife of 40 years, JoAnn B. Turner; his daughter, Elizabeth Sosin and grandsons: Marc and Ben; step-son, Jefferson McConkey III (Adriana) and grandson: Max; step-daughter, Melissa Bryson (Mark) and granddaughters: Lindsey, Katherine, Emily, and Callie; and grand-dog, Jasper.
He was loved by all who met him. He and JoAnn had a blessed marriage based on love and respect for each other.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to Capstone Hospice.
The family would like to thank Kadan Homecare and his caregiver, Sandra Dennis.

Randy was so loved by the Allen Family. God brought us together years ago and we became a family. We enjoyed so many years together at High Hampton, playing golf, eating, having communion together, and great fellowship. It was the highlight of our life. We will miss Randy but we know where he is and we will see him again!

Remembering times of fun and love!
Randy will receive his biggest gold star for the care and companionship he gave to his father-in-law when he came to live the final chapter of his life with JoAnn and Randy.
So privileged to have been such good friends with them.

Dr Turner was a well loved and respected practitioner and friend. He and JoAnn were devoted to each other and JoAnn stood steadfastly by his side giving him the best life in his later years and always. Hugs and love JoAnn, may your heart sing with your sweet memories of him.
