Dr. Robert Denmark, 86, of Philadelphia, Mississippi passed on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from Anderson Regional Hospital in Meridian, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 31, 2026, from Providence M.B. Church in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Morrow Cemetery in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Friday, January 30, 2026, from Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia. Beck Funeral Home Philadelphia is in charge of all arrangements.
Pastor Dr. Robert Denmark is survived by his wife Walterine Denmark; children, Hilda (Johnny) Slaughter of Union, MS, Sharon (Curtis) Weathers of Walnut Grove, MS, Tracee (Arthur) Vardaman of Madison, MS, Monica (Rueben) Wess and Miski (ALex) Brown all of Philadelphia, MS; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; on sister, Bertha Burrs of Baltimore, MD.
Pallbearers are Johnny Slaughter, Curtis Weathers, Arthur Vardaman, Rueben Wess, Curtez Weathers, Christopher Hunt, Zachary Vardaman, and Chase Slaughter
Pastor Johnny Barnes is the officiating minister.
