Dragos Constantin, 63, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on September 10, 2024. Dragos was born on November 11, 1960 to the late Vasile and Ioana Constantin.
In addition to his parents, Dragos was preceded in death by his sister, Maria Constantin.
Dragos is survived by his son, Florin (Megan) Constantin; daughter, Adina (Jesse) Bonds; grandchildren, Enzo Constantin, Elliana Bonds, and Gabriel Bonds; siblings, Nicolae Constantin, Ionela Anusca, Angela Dragomir, and Vasile Constantin.
Dragos was born and raised in Fundulea, Romania, a charming town where everyone knew one another. Dragos was a great storyteller, always sharing cherished memories of his family, friends, and adventures from his time there. He loved cars and held professions as both a mechanic and taxi driver. He enjoyed the outdoors, casinos, and fishing. He was a people-person and enjoyed lively debates... especially in his later years.
He was a risk taker - his greatest risk was his treacherous escape from communist Romania to pursue a better life for his family in America!
Tataie, you will be dearly missed. We hope you are resting in peace and we will look for you and think of you often.
**The night after you passed, a hummingbird came into the garage, even though there were no flowers or anything else to attract it. The bird stayed with us all night. We like to believe that it was your spirit coming to provide a little comfort on the first night without you.**
There will be a visitation at Spring Hill Funeral Home from 9 o'clock in the morning until the time of service. The funeral service will be at 10 o'clock in the Spring Hill Chapel. Burial will follow immediately after at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
