SPARTANBURG- Andrew Nicholas "Drew" Grice, 37, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023.
He was born November 2, 1985, in Spartanburg County. Drew was a 2004 graduate of Boiling Springs High School, a member of Cudd Memorial Baptist Church and was a landscaper.
Surviving is his mother and father, Suzy and Donnie Ayers of Inman; father and mother, Danny and Tammy Grice of Moore; one daughter, Brooklynn Grice of Campobello; four sons, Riley Hill, Zane Grice, Cayson Grice and Dalton Grice all of Pacolet; five brothers, Luke (Jordan) Grice of Inman, Jay Grice (Joshua Cain) of Charlotte, Ben Grice (Haley Gosnell) of Spartanburg, Josh Ayers (Michelle) of Tennessee and Dylan (Laura) Ayers of Tennessee; grandfather, Randall Grice of Greenville; grandmother, Jeanne Mabry of Spartanburg; grandparents, Don and Jo Ayers of Boiling Springs. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Drew was predeceased by his grandparents, Ken and Pat Roper, grandmother, Barbara Grice and grandfather, Frank Mabry.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary, 257 North Main Street, Woodruff. Rev. Danny Garrett and Rev Chuck Miller will share brief words with the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Fire Pit Ranch, P.O. Box 251, Moore, S.C. 29369 or to a charity of one's choice.
