He was born in Houston Texas to Tommy and Roxanna (Putney) Mansky on April 6th, 1990. After high school Dustin attended college and Chef school. He enjoyed cooking but was limited by his health. He enjoyed being around family and friends.
Dustin is survived by his brother Shane Putney, his grandmother, Edythe Roxburgh, his grandfather Charles Roxburgh and many special friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on January 10th, 2026 at 11:00am at Lighthouse Church of God, 33 Plainfield Pike, Plainfield, CT.
