Mr. Bell was born August 18, 1965 in Houston, Texas to the late Milton Lamar Bell "Butch" and Phyllis Janette (Berry), and died Sunday, September 8, 2024 at home.
Dwayne worked as a pipeliner. In 2019, he married his high school Sweetheart and together they enjoyed making memories by traveling and having adventures. He liked visiting with his family and friends. In his down time, you could always find him "piddling" around the house with his favorite pooch 'Daisy Mae" close by. When the weather and time permitted, he enjoyed fishing down by the river in his trusty flat bottom boat. Dwayne had a green thumb and took great pride in tending to his plants. In the mornings you could find him front porch sitting indulging in his morning coffee and watching the birds flying against the lovely morning sky.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Bell of Corrigan; sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Kara Bell of Livingston, Josh Bell and Courtney of Cleveland, Jeremy and Anna Bell of Splendora, Hunter Bell and Elijah Bell both of Beckley, West Virginia; mother and step-father, Phyllis and Larry Warner of New Caney; step-daughter and spouse, Crystal and Brandon Moore of Cleveland; step-son and spouse, Sheldon and Paige Stewart of Chester; brother and sister-in-law, Greg Bell and Tulip of Dayton; step-sister, Sherri Warner (Sissy) of Houston; step-brothers, Paul Warner (Bubba) of New Caney and John Warner (Little Bro) of Houston; aunts, Jean Dvorak of Houston and Bobbie Baker of Colorado; grandchildren, Chelsey, Shelby, Scarlett, Weston, Addalynn, Madelynn, Cheyenne, Kenna, Grace, and Aubrey; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father; his in-laws, Elvin, Sr. and Billie Stewart; maternal grandparents, Ruben and OraLee Berry; paternal grandparents Lester and Bernice Bell; and step-son, Jeffrey Stewart.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Moore, Jeremy Bell, Josh Bell, Sheldon Stewart, Jerry Henry and Harley Blake.
