Dwayne was born on March 13, 1958, in Nelsonville, Ohio to Charles Bernard and Sally F. Conrad.
Surviving are his significant other, Jamie Clark of The Plains, Ohio; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins; brother, Chuck Conrad of Tucson, Arizona; and sister, Connie Bartlett of Columbus, Ohio.
Dwayne was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Steve Conrad.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev. Chunn, officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
Calling hours were observed from 10 to 11 AM on Friday.
