Dwayne entered this life on November 9, 1961 in Erin, TN, son to the late Edward Ladd and Myrtle Mathis.
Survivors include his wife, Kelly Ladd; children, Bo Wayne Unger, Tyrial Conyers, Justin Conyers, Jermon (Isabelle) Ladd, Dalton Ladd, Sonya Hayes, Latraysa Ussery, and Hannah Winstead. Dwayne also leaves behind his precious grandchildren, Jayden Campbell, Hensley Lutts, Camille Jatropulus-Ladd, Tyleigh Conyers, Case Conyers, Emberly Jatropulus-Ladd, Cyrus Jatropulus-Ladd, Jaxon Conyers, Noah Conyers, Ella Winstead; and a host of nieces and nephews.
