Dwayne Price, 43, of Summit, SD passed away at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND on July 22, 2025. Funeral service will be on Friday, July 25, 2025, at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribal Community Center in Agency Village, SD at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Milton Owen officiating. There will be an All-Night Wake service on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribal Community Center, Agency Village, SD, starting at 7:00 P.M. Pall Bearers will be Bobbie Blackthunder, Dayne Price, Eric Frenier, Patrick Hopkins, Randy Price Jr., and Garrett White. Honorary Pall Bearers will be All of His Friends and Family. Interment will be at the Lawrence Sacred Hill Cemetery, Peever, SD. Cahill Funeral Chapel, Sisseton, SD is in charge of arrangements.
Dwayne Michael Price was born on April 30, 1982, to Randolph and Melodie (Lawrence) Price in Sisseton, SD. He obtained his GED and grew up in Peever, SD. For the past three years, he lived in Summit, SD. Dwayne worked at the Dakota Sioux Casino as a Cashier. He enjoyed watching sports and was a Dallas Cowboy's Fan. Dwayne passed away on July 22, 2025, at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND.
Dwayne is survived by his son Dayne Price of Sisseton, SD and daughter Dlayne Price of Sisseton, SD; brothers Eric Frenier of Sisseton, SD and Randy Price Jr. of Watertown, SD; and grandparents Michael and Sylvia Owen of Peever, SD; Raylene Eagle, Dina Owen, June Richards, Mickie Devine, and Bobbie Blackthunder.
Dwayne is preceded in death by his parents Randolph Price and Melodie Lawrence.
