Dwight Paul Bills was born on December 19, 1971, in Kingston, Jamaica, to the late Thereseta Burke and Irvin Bills. He transitioned from this life on December 31st, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Dwight was affectionately known as "Junglist," a name that perfectly captured his carefree spirit and vibrant personality. He was truly the life of the party-once he stepped onto the dancefloor, his energy was unmatched. Dwight moved to the beat of his own drum and embraced life on his own terms, finding joy in music, movement, and genuine connection with others.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving brothers, Carlos, Earl, and Sheldon; his devoted sisters, Patricia, Evett, Elaine, Fay, and Veta; along with a host of in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. Dwight had a deep and special love for all his nieces and nephews, and he valued his friendships greatly, always showing his support in the best way he knew how.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thereseta Burke and Irvin Bills, and his beloved brother, Wavell.

Dwight will be remembered for his free spirit, his love for family, and the joy he brought into every room he entered. Though he will be deeply missed, his laughter, rhythm, and the memories he created will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Service Details

Friends and family are invited to celebrate the life of Dwight Paul Bills at a funeral service tentatively scheduled for Friday, March 27th, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Blair Mazzarella Funeral Home, located at 723 Coney Island Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11218.

A repast will follow at Canvas BK Event Space, 2282 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.
