Dwight Morley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home - Lewisville on Mar. 29, 2022.
Dwight Lee "Ike" Morley, Jr.
We ask you to celebrate with us Ike Morley's Jr. life...
He was born on October 2, 1947 to Dwight Lee Morley and Ina Agatha Wilbur in Dallas, Texas. He was close to his parents and took care of them in their elder years. After school, he joined the Army as a Medic Paratrooper - earning a Purple Heart. We thank him for serving his country..
Many of Ike's friends and family will remember him for his deep voice, we always told him that he should have chosen a career in Broadcasting. But, instead he chose a wonderful career with MBNA and finally retiring with Bank of America as Senior Vice President for Credit Card Technology Division.
Ike lived by the motto: "Do Right and Fear No Man". He had a heart of Gold and certainly never met a stranger. Ike had a great sense of humor and loved to share it with his many friends and family and he was always there for anyone needing help.
Facing serious medical conditions for two years, he met all of these challenges with courage.
Ike is survived by his wife Sonya Morley of 30 years, children and grandchildren...
We shall miss him and know he is in Heaven with the Angels welcoming him home.
The family requests that all flowers and/or donations be sent to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
