Guest Book
Funeral Services will be held January 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Dwight David Sibille, 72, who passed away January 10, 2026.
Deacon Cody Miller will conduct the funeral services. Interment will be in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Nathan David Sibille and Justin John Sibille, both of Arnaudville, LA; one brother, Patrick Neal Sibille of Aberdeen, Scotland; and the mother of his children, Patrice Willis of Arnaudville, LA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Katherine Sibille.
Dwight enjoyed the simple pleasures in life like hunting, fishing, watching the horse races, and cooking. He loved cooking spaghetti and meatballs for people, to which they would say it was superb. In his younger years he also enjoyed playing baseball and basketball.
Dwight's memory will live on through the stories, skills, and love he shared with those who knew him.
Pallbearers for the service will be Nathan Sibille, Justin Sibille, Ronnie Sibille, Wayne Savoy, Simon Arnaud, and Blake Stelly.
The family requests that visitation be held on Saturday between the hours of 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. A rosary will be led by Deacon Cody Miller at 11:30 am.
