Dylan Michael Hill, 31, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 27, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Guilford County on January 16, 1994, to Michael Glenn Hill and Robin Cox Tomlinson. Dylan was a gentle and kind soul. He was musically inclined and was a self-taught guitar player. Dylan’s love for music could be seen on his trips to many concerts throughout his life. He enjoyed his work as a chef and found joy in learning to prepare new dishes. Dylan was also a lover of all animals. He will be missed immensely by those who knew and loved him.
Surviving are Dylan’s parents, Robin Cox Tomlinson (Paul) and Mike Hill (Jennifer); two sisters, Abigail and Madison; two brothers, Owen and Kyle; maternal grandparents Roger Cox (Debbie) and Gloria Cox; paternal grandparents Danny and Diane Beasley; as well as grandparents, Shirley and Kenneth Myers.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. A visitation will be held prior to the service, from 12:00-1:45 PM at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kate B Reynolds Hospice Home at 101 Hospice Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103, in Dylan’s memory.
