Mr. Earl Robert Brabham, 90, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Earl was born in Hardeeville, SC on September 10, 1933, to the late Charles and Beulah Brabham and lived in Effingham County for many years. He enjoyed working in his yard, playing his guitar, going to the county fair, and going to watch the Rebels play football. Above all, he loved spending time with his family, drinking Pepsi Cola, and relaxing on his front porch. Earl was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Brabham; parents, Charles and Beulah Brabham; brothers, Charles Brabham, J.D. Brabham, and Herman Brabham; and sisters, Adell Malphrus and Ann Wright.
Survivors include: his sons, Dell Brabham (Lisa) of Guyton, Terry Brabham (Loretta) of Guyton, Kenny Brabham (Carmen) of Guyton, and Lynn Brabham of Guyton; daughter, Pamela Morris (Brent) of Guyton; 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and special friend, Linda Campbell; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, from 6-8pm. A private burial will be held in the Guyton Cemetery.
