Earl Duane Campbell, 93, of Oxford, MI. Born November 18, 1931 Died May 23, 2025; formerly from Ortonville, MI.
Loving Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather of his daughter Lori (Mark) Carter of Lake Orion; His Stepson Richard (Betsy) Campbell of Ortonville. Grandchildren Tonya (Jake) Kinney-Spaccarotelli, Jamie Locher, and Staci Kinney. Also, Step-Grandchildren, Jonathan, Sara, Heather and Jenna Campbell.
Five Great Grandchildren: Logan and Calder Locher, Lilianna, Dominik and Lincoln Spaccarotelli.
He was preceded in death by his parents Stanley & Pearl (Sheldon), his wife Mary (Munger), and son Terry Campbell; wife Patsy (Stauffer), sister Jean Harrington, and brother Clare Campbell.
He was born in Keego Harbor, MI and graduated from Roosevelt High School. He served in the U.S. Navy 1952- 1954 during the Korean conflict.
He retired in 1995 after 30 years of employment from the GM parts plant in Drayton Plains, MI.
He was a member of the American and Michigan license plate collector association clubs. He enjoyed watching all Detroit professional and especially University of Michigan college sports. He also enjoyed a good game of Euchre.
After retirement, Earl & Pat enjoyed warm winters for over 25 years in Englewood, Florida, making many lifelong friends.
Celebration of life will be held May 30, 2025, 12:30 PM
at Great Lakes National Cemetery, in Holly, MI. with full military honors. (Please arrive at the cemetery approximately 10 minutes early to get in the proper line for the service)
