Earl Howard Davis Jr.

Earl Howard Davis, Jr., 82, of Triadelphia, WV, where he resided with his sister, JoAnn, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Liza's Place, Wheeling, WV.
He was born on August 25, 1943, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Earl H. Davis, Sr. and Mary Lee Propst Davis.
Earl retired as a Police Officer at the Columbus Police Department after 17 years of service. He was a Methodist by faith.
In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by brother, Danny Parsons; and sister, Florence Parsons.
Earl is survived by his two sisters, JoAnn Davis-Vandergrift and Pamela (Bill) Aleshire; two brothers, Harold "Hal" (Ruthann) Davis and David (Elaine) Parsons; five children, Vanessa Hammons, Holly Basil, Diana Davis, Erica Eppich and Bryan Davis; four stepchildren; 29 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311) with Reverend Margie Carr officiating. Interment will follow in Short Creek Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
