Earl Louis Fischer, 86 of Lynxville, Wisconsin passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse. He was born November 24, 1938 to Earl and Marie (Breitsprecher) Fischer in Iowa. Earl graduated from Garnavillo High School with the class of 1957. He proudly joined the United States Air Force and served for six years.
On November 28, 1964, Earl was united in marriage with Mary Petersen. Two sons were born to this union. Earl dedicated 30 years to Evinrude, excelling in both engineering and manufacturing, earning a reputation as a versatile jack of all trades. He enjoyed fishing and boating. Earl was a member of Seneca Lions Club and the Shriners. He was a kind soul and loved his family very much.
Surviving Earl are his wife, Mary Fischer; his sons, Randy (Monica) Fischer and Steve (Kathy) Fischer; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and his brothers, Gene, Dennis and Larry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Marie Fischer.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin is assisting the family with arrangements.

Our deepest condolences from Earl's Brothers at James M Hays Lodge. Earl was a proud Freemason for 51 years and a member of our lodge. His contributions as a Freemason as well as a Shriner will be missed.
