Earl Howard Skinner, age 84, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on November 6, 2025. Earl is survived by his wife of thirty-four years, Rosita Skinner; children, Patrick Skinner and wife, Cheryl, Pamela Skinner Jackson and husband, Jeff, Eddie Avila and wife, Cheri, Jennine Cummings, Melisa Cummings and husband, Nick; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; surviving siblings, Janet Winter, Lynard Skinner, and Donna Bower; several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his children, Scott Skinner, Cynthia Skinner and eight siblings. A Celebration of Life is being planned for spring 2026.
