Earnest Simmons Obituary
Earnest Lee Simmons was a loving husband (wife is deceased), father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. Earnest peacefully transitioned to Heaven on Sunday, January 12, 2025, in the evening at Advent Health Hospital in Altamonte Springs, FL at the age of 84. He is survived by his two sons, Troy Simmons and Keith Simmons as well as four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral Details:
Earnest will be laid to rest, with his wife Jean at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery on Friday, January 24, 2025. The viewing will be at Newcomer Funeral Home’s South Seminole Chapel on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 AM EST on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Palm Springs Drive Baptist Church, 601 Palm Springs Dr., Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.
