Earnestine Daughtry McCorvey Baker, 93, of Moultrie, passed away at Colquitt Regional Medical Center on Friday, April 25, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Baker Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Baker Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Born September 17, 1931, in Moultrie, GA, she was the daughter of the late Wiley Cleveland Daughtry and Cornelia Worrell Daughtry. Mrs. Baker was the owner of Tina’s Quick Stop in Moultrie. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Dennis Edward McCorvey Sr. and Talmadge Baker; sons Dennis McCorvey Jr and Herbie Baker; stepsons Terry Baker and Keith Baker; brothers Willard Daughtry and Jack Daughtry; sisters Inez Daughtry and Margaret Truluck; stepson-in-law, Hank Williams.

Mrs. Baker is survived by her sons, Michael McCorvey and wife LeAnne of Tallahassee, FL, Martin David Baker and wife Samatha of Moultrie; daughter, Tammy Kidd and husband Terry of Moultrie; stepson Steve Baker of Moultrie; stepdaughters, Belinda Williams, Kathy Brooks, Kim Margavich and husband Tom of Gainesville, GA; brother, Lark Daughty and wife Marie of Tallahassee, FL; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren
