Edwin J. Karlis, passed peacefully March 20, 2025 at the age of 84. Longtime resident of Pierce Township, Ed was born in Buffalo, NY on April 7, 1940 to Vincent and Gertrude (Juckibiez) Karlis. Loving husband of Linda (Lovelady) Karlis for 40+ years. Brother of John Karlis and also survived by special nephews Jay, Jack, Mark, and Eric; as well as his loving dogs Greta, and the late Ginger. Ed was a Field Engineer for Mainline Supply and Mutual Supply. Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 11AM - 1PM at Moore Family Funeral Homes, 225 Spring St., Batavia. Interment at Pierce Township Cemetery. He was a longtime member of VFW Post 9630, as well as a longtime member of the Southwest Ohio VFW Memorial Team.
