Eddie Berto Berrios Jr. also known as Eazy da kid or Eazy-E, 27 years old, passed away unexpectedly on December 11. 2022. Eddie was born on June 7, 1995, in Waukegan and remained a lifelong area resident. He was a kindhearted soul, who was always looking out for others best interests. Eddie was funny, goofy and had a smile that would light up a room. He would give you the shirt off his back and a place to stay. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was always up for an adventure. He was a man of many talents but was mainly known for his rapping skills. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him dearly.
Eddie is survived by his beloved mother Melisa Albarran and step father Joe McFarlane; sister Ivelisse Berrios; brothers Alex Albarran and Angel Medina; godmother Mari Albarran and godbrother Sonny Albarran; great grand parents Mr. & Mrs. Miguel Albarran; Grandparents Elizabeth Battle, and Mr. & Mrs. Sarkis Albarran; aunt Jobie Albarran, uncle Nico Albarran; paternal grandmother Josefina Berrios; uncles Jose Berrios, Franky Flores and Omar Flores; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and countless friends. He is proceeded in death by his father Eddie Berto Berrios Sr.
Eddie's visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 4:00-8:00 pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085. Eddie's final viewing will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 10:00 am at Jesus Name Apostolic Church, 150 S Genesee Street, Waukegan, IL 60085 with funeral service to follow at 11:00 am at the church. Burial will be at Ascension Catholic Cemetery, 1920 Buckley Road, Libertyville, IL 60048. For more information, please call, 847-623-3730.
