The last conversation my wife and I had was about football in the driveway. It was also the first time we had seen you drive. Now our kids are about to drive. A few years before that I gave you a bike to save you from walking in the El Paso heat. Also, the first time we met Howard ended up beating both of us at 21 in the driveway at the old house. I remember everytime I spoke with you I was impressed by the positive attitude and love you had for life and sports. We'll always consider you guys as family. I look forward to another game of 21 someday. Rest in paradise Eddie.

I didn't know you Eddie, but you were kind enough to help and advise my grandson,Jacob on the field. I am heartbroken to see someone as young as you leave us so early in life. May God embrace you with open arms and comfort your family through these dark times.
