Eddie Russell Keith was born August 23, 1944, to Perry William Keith and Lexa Ruth Shipman Keith in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, going home on August 31, 2025, at his residence in Adair, OK.

Eddie attended Titanic School in Adair County and in 1955 his family moved to Denver, Colorado. He attended West High School. He developed his trade in construction by painting houses with his father and then building homes with different construction companies. He met and married Shirley Ann Maestas in September 1965 and they were married May 27, 1966. He worked in construction building houses and commercial building for several years and was eventually hired by the Denver Housing Authority and worked for them for several years. In 1979 he moved his family to Shady Point, OK and subsequently, moved to Rose, OK where he and family became poultry farmers for the next 21 years. Eddie retired in 2002; he and Shirley moved to Rogers Cove in Adair, OK where he enjoyed his hobbies of gardening, building bird houses, tending a few chickens and mowing yards on his mower. He loved to sit outside his garage and watch the birds and small animals romping and playing. Eddie loved to hunt and would hunt quail on the farm and he, friends and grandsons would travel to his brother's and hunt pheasant and turkeys.

Eddie is survived by Shirley his wife of 59 years, 2 sons Brian (Carol), Johnson (Dawn) and daughter Melissa (Antwan); grandsons Mitchell, Trenton, Brian and James and granddaughters Jazmyne and Gabreilla and several step-grandchildren; Brother Randy Joe Keith of Indianola, Nebraska and several nieces and nephews.

Proceeded in death by his parents Perry and Lexa Keith, brother Perry Gene Keith, two sisters; Peggy Lois Bergen, Sandra Sue Rosander.

Eddie will be sorely missed.
