It is with sadness we announce the transition of Eddie Thurman, age 60, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Friday, June 9, 2023, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on June 13, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am.
Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.

While I worked at Scarlet and Eddie was at Diamond, we would cross paths occasionally. Always was a pleasure to be around and would do anything to help anyone.
My sympathies and condolences to his family. He will be missed.

I loved working with Eddie at Scarlet Oaks. We gave the ACT together for many years as proctors. He did this in addition to his regular job. He was always smiling, and always in a good mood! He was a blessing to me.

I worked with Eddie at Scarlet. He would do anything to make your day go smoothly. Great sense of humor. I spent many a Sunday playing basketball with him. A true gentleman .

Have worked with Eddie since he took a position at the Radisson. He was always available in the lobby to assist the guest, answer questions, or just to welcome them. He will be missed. I hope your memories will comfort you as you grieve his loss.

What a loss!! Eddie was a fantastic person. I was lucky enough to work with him for many years at Scarlet Oaks. He would do anything for anyone. He holds a special place in my heart.
