Edgar Lynn Evans passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 77. Ed was born May 17, 1947 in St. Louis, MO to the late Norman and Bessie Evans nee Hansen.
He is survived by his beloved wife Julene Evans nee Hibberd; four sons, Jason (Irene) Evans, Paul (Becky) Evans, Mike (Elizyah) Evans, Jeff (Regan) Evans; daughter, Dawn (Alex) Roney; step-daughter, Joysanne Green; brother, Stan (Terri) Evans;14 grandchildren and 1.5 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Norman Anson Evans, mother, Bessie Thea Evans, 1st wife, Joleen Evans.
Edgar was a very intelligent man, he taught his boys auto mechanics, hunting, fishing, computers, and photography. Ed loved to teach family different talents he even was teaching his grandchildren woodworking. His late wife taught her daughter to cook and to sew. Ed was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where he served in local positions and was an ordinance worker, and an assistant Recorder in the Temple. One of Eds favorite past times was spending time on his property, at "Lake 7" fishing with family and friends. Also he loved to work outside and teach his grandchildren yard work and carpentry skills. Ed's life lives on to be cherished by his family and friends.
