Edgar Keller Obituary

He was born on August 21, 1934 in Newport, TN, to his late parents, Loyd and Georgie Hall Keller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Jean Etherton Keller, and his daughter, Debbie Williams.
Edgar worked for Norfolk Southern Railroad as a Track Supervisor until his retirement in 1991. He was a member of Smith Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN. A loving father and grandfather, he will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish his memory are a son, Eddie Keller and his wife Teresa of Clinton, TN; three grandchildren: Jennifer Murphy, David Williams and Amy Williams; brother, Tony Keller and his wife Ruth of Oliver Springs, TN; sister, Glenda Maher and her husband Mike of Arizona; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Fairview United Methodist Church in Hot Springs, NC with Pastor Darrell Hackworth officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm prior to the service on Friday.
