He is survived by his loving Wife, Janice Puckett of Cecilia, KY. Daughter, Angelique Kaye Puckett of Cecilia, KY, Brother, Charles (Mary) Puckett of Magnolia, KY, his twin Brother, Donald (Wilma) Puckett of Munfordville, KY, Sister-in-law, Joesphine Puckett of Elizabethtown, KY
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday November 19, 2025 12:30 pm at Freedoms Way Church in Cecilia, KY with Bro. Billy Curle officiating. Burial will be held at the Freedoms Way Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday 10:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Freedoms Way Church in Cecilia, KY.
