Dear Frieda, Arvin (Stokes), Eunice, Barb, Larry, and families,
Our deepest sympathy to you all.
I have found that the scriptures can give great comfort at a time as this, especially in Eccl. 12: 1-9 and in the New Testament in II Cor. 5: 6-9. Edgar is safely in the boosom of Abraham as found in Luke.
I remember the time when Edgar and pa were making wood in the woods and they haulled hay together. I remember the maroon Nash that Edgar had when he moved the family from Truman? MN

Edgar was part of a generation that that helped keep our country free. He and his buddies saved the free world from the Axis powers controlled by Hitler, Musollini, and the Emperor of Japan. He and all of his buddies are true heroes from World War II. It is an honor knowing him. Again, our sympathy and love to all of Edgars family as well as to all who called Edgar their friend.
