Edith Louise Moore, 81, of Mt. Auburn, IL, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026, surrounded by her family and her loving companion, Maggie. She was born on April 27, 1944, the daughter of the late William Allen Christ and Susie Shartzer. She married Robert "Bobbie" Moore on January 27, 1963. She loved spending time outdoors, whether she was fishing, camping, or going on motorcycle rides with Bobbie. In her free time, she enjoyed watching westerns or solving crossword puzzles. Above all, she loved spending time with her family. Some of her most cherished moments where with her grandchildren. She is dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughter: Cindy (Jim) Sliffy; son-in-law: Donnie Henderson; daughter-in-law: Teresa Long; grandchildren; Shelby Peek; J.R.
